Campaign “Stop Playing the Food Game!” launched in the Vegetable Pavilion of the Central Market

On 19 March, the Latvian Platform for Development Cooperation (LAPAS) together with its members – the environmental organization homo ecos: and the Latvian Farmers Federation – launched a social campaign, which is aimed at responsible food consumption. The opening event took place in the Vegetable Pavilion of the Riga Central Market. Visitors to the market, journalists and invited guests had a chance to learn more about the campaign, view the travelling photo exhibition as well as gain a better insight into the responsible consumption of food – a choice of food that is friendly for both human and the environment.
